For over 40 years, we have supported Floridian's by helping them obtain world class hearing care, regardless of their ability to pay.
Sertoma provided hearing screenings to over 39,000 children last year. Through partnerships with daycares and schools in Florida, Sertoma ensures children all across the state have the ability to hear.
Children, adults, and seniors are able to receive world-class hearing services ranging from evaluations to the fitting of new hearing aids from our licensed audiologists.
Adults and seniors are also able to receive free hearing screenings.
Sertoma works to ensure children are not only able to hear the world around them, but also to learn to read and speak. Sertoma hosts guest readers in communities across Florida. Sertoma also runs a bi-monthly program mailing free books, activities, and a read-a-long video directly to children and daycares.
Through CHAP, eligible children are able to see an audiologist in their community and have no out-of-pocket expense to receive hearing aids, replacement cochlear implant processors, hearing aid and cochlear implant batteries, ear molds, and more.
